 Our story is one of passion, family, and a love for diverse flavors.  

Raised in two families with a rich restaurant heritage, we developed a passion for feeding others from a young age.
Chef Nando's culinary journey began in Lebanon at a prestigious five-star hotel, and later further refined his skills at top-tier restaurants in France and Canada.
However, the heart and soul of our bistro is our son, Mario, who inspired us to open our second location in Ottawa.
Mario's is a celebration of family, homey comfort, and a diverse menu that brings together the best of Lebanese cuisine and classic favorites.
